Penis Enhancement/Enlargement

Despite what you might read on the internet, surgery is the only permanent solution for enlarging your penis.  Bear in mind that the enlargement isn't actual; it's largely visual - and surgery can usually only enhance your size by a maximum of just over an inch, between 2.5 and 3cm.

Who is it suitable for?

For adult men who feel they are inadequate or have an unusually small micropenis.

What can I expect?

Penis enhancement/enlargement is usually performed under local anaesthetic with sedation.  If preferred, it can be undertaken under a general anaesthetic.

An increase in length

Your surgeon will cut the ligaments that hold your penis in its usual position. This allows your penis to descend, which gives the visual impression of more length.  The use of weights or special stretching equipment can lead to a permanent increase in size if you keep at it for a few months after your operation.  Bear in mind that your penis will point downwards because the ligaments that used to hold it up have been cut.  You may experience lumpy scar tissue.

An increase in girth and length

Dermal implants can increase both girth and length by collecting fat cells from other parts of your body and implanting them into your penis.  Bear in mind that the size of your penis's head cannot be adjusted; if you take the procedure too far, the results can look odd.  With some men the grafted fat cells result in lumpiness, which is why, in general, this procedure isn't usually recommended unless there's a very good therapeutic reason.

Possible Risks and Side-effects

Discomfort, Swelling and Bruising

These side-effects are very common after this type of surgery, and can be helped by taking Arnica tablets, applying cream and wearing supportive underwear.

Bleeding

This is very rare as there is minimal cutting.

Infection

You might experience post-operative infection, which can usually be remedied with antibiotics.

Recovery

You must avoid heavy lifting for 3-4 weeks and abstain from sex for 6 weeks after the procedure.

Success Rate

It can be a successful procedure however if the results don't satisfy you, then it is sometimes attributed to self esteem issues rather than their physical appearance.
