Jackie is a registered nurse with more than 20 years’ experience in the cosmetic surgery industry, including in plastic surgery procedures and non-surgical treatments. She has worked with some of the best clinics and hospitals in the country, and she founded A New You in 2009. Jackie is extremely knowledgeable about surgical and non-surgical cosmetic procedures, and she is adept at putting people at ease. In her spare time, Jackie enjoys swimming, going to the theatre and spending time at home with her three Burmese cats. Jackie is a highly skilled nurse who has been practising since 1982. She completed her training at the Leonard Cheshire Foundation and the District School of Nursing, and since then she has continued to upskill, gaining qualifications in the likes of botox, skin peels, AFT laser treatment and mesotherapy, to name but a few. She founded A New You in 2009, and since then she’s taken the clinic from strength to strength. As well as managing the team of medical practitioners and administrators, Jackie is also a cosmetic surgery advisor and non-surgical practitioner at the clinic. She works exclusively with top consultants, each of whom specialises in specific areas of face or body enhancement. Jackie prides herself on the clinic’s tailor-made, personal service, which supports clients through their procedures from start to finish. She is well known for her knowledgeable and friendly approach, making patients feel at ease and ensuring they are fully informed of both the risks and the benefits of treatments before making an informed choice. She ensures that all practitioners attend advanced training courses and stay up to date with the latest treatments and innovative new developments in cosmetic treatment, so that each and every patient receives the highest quality care.

Kirsty Irbens is a key member of the A New You team, ensuring that every client receives a warm and friendly welcome as soon as they enter the clinic. Known for her approachable manner and thorough understanding of our services, Kirsty excels in providing comprehensive information about our treatments and addressing any queries our clients might have. When not at work, Kirsty enjoys spending time outdoors and socialising with friends and family. Her dedication to outstanding customer service and consistently positive attitude make her an indispensable part of our team.

Ayiesha joined A New You 8 years ago having initially been a client at the clinic. Since then a wealth of valuable industry training has been included in her part-time role and in particular, Injectables training followed by a Prescriber’s qualification. She is an Advanced Clinical Practitioner trained to Masters level and now fulfils this role on a full-time basis in the Primary and Urgent Care sector alongside her work in the clinic’s team. Ayiesha loves learning and is constantly looking for ways to increase her knowledge by attending courses and gaining further qualifications to support both of her roles. She is also an Ambassador for the Obagi brand at A New You which is a prescription based dermatological skincare programme. Ayiesha is a qualified PADI Scuba Diving Instructor and enjoys keeping fit in her spare time.

Maria first joined the team 6 years ago. She first trained as a Beauty Therapist in Brazil and updated this qualification in the UK gaining a City & Guilds Certificate in Beauty. Maria specialises in the SlimFit to remove stubborn fat and HydraFacial for skin revitalisation. She also is experienced in other non-surgical machine treatments such as non-surgical skin lifting (HIFU) and the removal of facial red veins (Veinwave). In her spare time she likes travelling and keeping fit and is presently embarking on her nurses training at The Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton to bring further experience to our team.

I am Nadra Constance, a dedicated and highly skilled Medical Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner with a passion for helping individuals achieve their aesthetic goals while prioritising their safety and well-being. With a strong background in nursing since 1992, and a commitment to staying current with the latest advancements in aesthetic treatments, I have been able to provide exceptional care and transformative results to my patients. I am registered under the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC), a member of the British Association of Cosmetic Nursing (BACN), and a member of the Aesthetics Complication Expert Group (ACE). Over the past 4 years, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse clientele, tailoring treatment plans to address their unique concerns and desires.

GMC-registered, Dr. Vincent Wong is one of London’s leading cosmetic doctors and a specialist in facial balancing and harmony. Dr. Vincent has won a number of awards for his work and has been shortlisted as one of the Ultimate 100 Global Aesthetics Leaders. He is also on the judging panel for Miss Universe Great Britain, as well as My Face My Body Awards (UK & USA). In addition, Dr. Vincent also specialises in facial feminisation and masculinisation within the LGBTQ+ community.

Mr Rajak is an ophthalmic and eyelid plastic surgeon. He practises at Nuffield Health Brighton Hospital and is an NHS consultant at the Sussex Eye Hospital, Brighton and Sussex University Hospital and Honorary Senior Lecturer at Brighton and Sussex Medical School. He attends the clinic for those clients seeking upper and lower lid reduction (Blephraplasty). He has a very likeable manner and is honest with patients about the outcomes they can expect from this delicate surgery. For those clients that undergo upper lid procedures, it can often be done as a day case at a specialist unit in Worthing.

Mr Mark Ho-Asjoe is currently a Consultant Plastic Surgeon at Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital and has worked in the private sector since 2003. He has a special interest in breast reconstruction and aesthetic surgery. Mark joins the team with a wealth of experience in cosmetic surgery treatments and uses a number of different hospitals such as the Weymouth Clinic in London for A New You’s clients. He assesses clients at the clinic in Brighton on a monthly basis both pre and post-operatively and has a very down to earth manner. He can provide answers to all questions in a clear and detailed way to reassure clients considering cosmetic surgery.

Andres is a highly qualified cosmetic doctor who has been practising aesthetic medicine since 2001. He started his medical training in his native Colombia, where he completed a Bachelor’s degree in medicine at the National University of Colombia. At this time, the country was facing an era of violence, so much of what he studied was related to treatments associated with trauma. After moving to Spain, Andres completed a pre-doctoral master’s degree in Nutrition and Metabolism at the Rovira i Virgili University in Tarragona, followed by a diploma in Aesthetic and Cosmetic Medicine at the Medical College of Barcelona. Over the past two decades, Andres has continued to upskill, gaining qualifications in the likes of microneedling, chemical peels, weight loss and PRP. He’s also been a university professor and presented at numerous aesthetics conferences. He currently works as a senior doctor in emergency medicine for the NHS. Andres specialises in botox, filler, hand rejuvenation and PRF, and he’s recently added parenteral nutrition services and professional weight loss treatments to his range of services, including the gastric pill. With his vast and varied experience, Dr Andres is uniquely equipped to provide tailored solutions to help patients achieve their aesthetic goals and improve their overall health and wellbeing. He believes that the success of aesthetic procedures is based on a good relationship with his patients, involving them in the full process. His passion in treating his clients shines through, and the amazing results speak for themselves! Dr Andres Brieva is a highly experienced aesthetic medicine specialist with over 20 years of experience. With a degree in medicine, a master’s degree in nutrition and metabolism, and additional qualifications in aesthetics and cosmetic medicine, Dr Andres is an all-rounder and a true asset to the A New You team! His talents extend beyond the medical realm, too. Dr Andres is a full-time rocker, and is on the never-ending journey of learning to play guitar. He’s also a keen golfer, and while living on the coast in Spain he loved to practise scuba diving. He specialises in botox, filler, hand rejuvenation and PRF.

Mario Caruana is a Consultant Vascular Surgeon in Sussex. He has undergone extensive training in vascular surgery and introduced laser and radio frequency treatment for varicose veins in Sussex. He also developed the use of sclerotherapy and Veinwave for thread and spider veins. He treats both men and women with a variety of varicose veins that are both superficial and deep by a combination of treatments thus achieving superior results. He operates at the Montefiore Hospital in Hove for more invasive vein treatments.

As our Patient Coordinator, Vonnie is instrumental in ensuring a flawless patient journey, acting as a dependable point of contact throughout each patient's experience. She is dedicated to providing guidance, answering questions, and ensuring that patients feel comfortable and well-informed about their procedures. Vonnie's specialism lies in Intravenous Drip Therapy. As a specialist, she enhances our clinic's offerings and patient wellbeing by providing a range of treatments aimed at boosting immunity, hydration, and overall wellness. Her impressive knowledge and professional approach make her an indispensable member of our team.

Sam is a certified nutritionist who takes a full-body approach to wellness and longevity. Her work is based on six elements of health: sleep, immunity, functional nutrition, mindfulness, movement and biohacking. Having grown up in South Africa, Sam has a deep-rooted love of the great outdoors, connecting with nature and being active every day. She loves waking up early and starting the day meditating under her red light. You’ll also find her running on the seafront running, strength training at the gym or practising yoga – always listening to her body and treating it with kindness. Sam’s own wellness journey began in 2018 when she was diagnosed with alopecia. Forced to reassess her life, she decided to take back control and began training as a nutritional therapist at the College of Naturopathic Medicine. Since then, she has attended numerous biohacking conferences and undertaken Nordic Health DNA practitioner training, Wim Hoff’s cold water and breathing training and mindfulness training with Dr Joe Dispenza. Using her newfound knowledge and experience, Sam has biohacked every part of herself to reprogram her whole body back to wellness. Having been on her own journey, Sam is passionate about helping others onto the right path and giving them the tools that they need to maintain optimum body health. Her approach to nutrition and wellness focuses on how lifestyle, food and environment all have an effect on our body and our health. Sam joined the team at A New You over a year ago, and she works with both male and female clients. The services she offers include: Functional nutrition, Hormone testing with DUTCH, Gut health programmes, FODMAP, Stool samples/Bloodwork/Hair analysis/Food intolerances, Weight loss, Sleep, Immunity, Biohacking, Mindfulness, Movement. Sam also works on retreats spreading the word about biohacking, breathwork and yoga.

Jo-Ann is a certified nutritional therapist with more than 20 years of experience. She believes that how we choose to nourish ourselves is the basis of the wellbeing of our body, mind and spirit. Jo-Ann has been vegan since childhood, and she’s passionate about animal ethics and living a whole food plant-based life. Her work and hobbies are very much intertwined, and when she’s not learning and teaching about the ethics of whole foods and veganism, Jo-Ann loves to attend holistic retreats, practise yoga, meditate and run. Jo-Ann’s passion for health and wellbeing started many years ago, when she was diagnosed with three chronic auto-immunity diseases. Her own healing journey and her travels in India inspired her to study integrated nutrition. She enrolled at the world-renowned Institute For Optimum Nutrition in Richmond, London, where she completed a Science Foundation Degree and a Human Nutrition Degree together with Functional Diagnostic Testing. Jo-Ann has now been working as a clinical nutritional therapist for more than 20 years, and has been a member of the team at A New You for more than 15. Her ethos is to look at the body as a whole, working with a patient’s unique biochemistry to provide bespoke treatments that will help them achieve their best health. She uses Functional Testing to test hormones and determine which organs are failing to support her patients’ overall health, together with energetic plant-based healing modalities to give patients bespoke, individual treatment plans to help them achieve their best health. Jo-Ann regularly attends conferences and seminars to keep fully up to date with the latest progression in holistic nutrition. She is also a licensed and accredited member of The British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy. Jo-Ann believes that the relationship between patient and therapist is integral to the healing process, which is why she works in depth with each and every patient to create trust and build highly individualised treatment plans.

Jemma Jarman, our resident Permanent Make-up Artist, brings her transformative services to A New You. Originally completing a BSc in Sports Psychology at university, Jemma then spent 14 years as a BA Cabin Crew member. During her world travels, she developed a fascination for the artful precision of permanent make-up, a passion that has since turned into her life's work. Qualifying in 2014, Jemma has only elevated her expertise, earning a prestigious place in The Permanent Make-up Society of Cosmetic Professionals in 2018. This acknowledgment is a testament to her advanced knowledge and immaculate practice in the field of cosmetic tattooing. However, Jemma's talents aren't confined to the make-up chair. Her warm demeanor and extensive background in customer service also position her as a cherished front-of-house team member. Whether she's welcoming patients with a smile or coordinating their cosmetic journeys, Jemma ensures each client feels valued and understood. This combination of exceptional skills in both permanent makeup and client care makes Jemma an indispensable part of the A New You family.
